At night a 1/3 of my teeth come out, like stars in the night and take their rest in a cup, an old shaving mug.

And in heaven the Dragon’s tail was wagging, and swept one third of the heavenly host down to earth. To take their rest in my old shaving mug.

When Night falls and my eyes take their rest on the shelf. I stumble without them, clutching the wall, lest I fall.

If thine eye be single thy whole body is full of light, but if thine eye be up eve’s hill then how great is that darkness.

My eyes are not single for there be two, how great is that darkness. Moon light falls on the shelf, on the wall, but I stumble and fall, how sore are my knees.

Your words have supported those who were falling; you encouraged those with shaky knees. Forced into prayer I cry unto the Lord in the agony of my soul yet I am not heard.

My eyes go on the shelf, my teeth in an old mug and my ears in a wee box beside my bed, just in case.

‘You shall not curse a deaf man, nor place a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall revere your God; I am the LORD”  How may I revere when the One does not answer. In AUSLAN, in unnamed Signs. 7 in the Gospel of John.

And morning comes and I am whole, my teeth in for breakfast, my eyes scouring the Paper…My ears yet in their box, to save my mind from the scourge of Heavy Metal, screeching like owls through little Johnny’s door.

There were ants on my mug this morning developing the taste for Polident. Creeping through the cracks in the window, they brought the whole tribe. There were twelve in the Bible. Twelve followed Jesus. And
Ephphatha connected my ears to my mouth and the Lord,
From his temple heard my voice, and heeded my prayer.

AND I REVERE.
