was it me with the desire for existence in nature . Able to transmit in every corner of the subjective mind and to change with deceptive intensity . At midday, I knew that he would meet me stronger this time and the night was not far off.

Negative Spaces
I revisited these photos and turned them into monochrome to add to Paula´s blog Black and White Sunday with the subject negative space! These photos were taken in an abandoned sanatorium in the Sierra de Guadarrama just north of Madrid.
These photos are best viewed with a black background to make the negative space (black parts) disappear and make them entrances into nowhere…
So please click the photos to see the best effect of the negative space! Here are the original (more) color versions!

Black & White Sunday: Negative Space (Response to Guest Challenge)
Negative Space – a space that is not there or the space that you don’t like?
It can be either, but speaking in terms of photography it is a space that isolates the subject of a photo, or complements it, or draws attention to it. To see more examples of negative space in photography please see my guest’s post.
Thank you for stopping by my site!
Best wishes from Tokyo,

I generally don’t care for black and white, but those of the staircase really spoke to me.
