A beast awakens every century or so
When stirring begins in depths below
He lurks in the darkness of briny seas
As hunter, he preys; he’s deaf to pleas
Suckers are rimmed with jagged teeth
Tentacles squeeze and a deadly beak
Ripping bows, keels, compass, and sail
While harpoons fly and mastings flail
The monster snaps their vessels in two
Sailors meet their demise in water blue
Unblinking black eyes; slithering grips
Leviathan lives in a graveyard of ships.
The vast ocean of zero’s where everything is contained at will.. The aloof, the mighty, be it what will. Energy, pure energy rolls around and plays forever now. Add the number 1 and you’ve started something.
